Domestic (USA) Returns

Your happiness is our highest priority. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can create a complimentary UPS return shipping label within 30 days for any domestic orders on narud.com. There are three ways to begin the return process:

Visit your account page and select “My Orders”
OR Enter your order number and send an email to us at support@narud.com

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Only products purchased on narud.com may be returned for a refund or exchange.
You can only exchange for items of the same price excluding any discount that was applied.
Items purchased with a discount or as part of a valued set are not eligible for an exchange.
We cannot accept items purchased from another retail store location for an exchange or refund.
We cannot accept nearly empty containers, or containers filled or tampered with other creams for refund or exchange.
Shipping cost and gift wrapping services are not eligible for refunds.
We can not accept partial returns or exchanges for bundle sets. You must return the complete set for a refund.
We are not responsible for personal damages to an item. If the item has been dropped, stolen, spilled, misused, etc., we cannot refund or accept a return.
